About No Sugar Added

As a type-1 diabetic, being mindful and knowledgeable about food has long been a major part of my life. The most elaborate “cooking” that anyone in my family ever did, though, involved removing the plastic film and microwaving on high. Now I’m 25, I recently graduated from law school, and I’m hungry to go out into the world. This blog chronicles my adventures in trying to learn how to feed myself in a tasty, natural, and diabetic-friendly way, as well as my general adventures and mishaps in trying to keep my blood sugar down where it belongs.
